Well I finally have a break from school (though, possibly only momentarily if I decide to pack in some more over the summer)! I really want to start drawing again....I'm so rusty. I think I'm gonna go back and re-work some sketches, if only to help me get re-aquainted with photoshop ;__; I....think my style will change again, because I'm not as pleased with what it looks like right now (at least how it's looking so far...)

Somebody slap me with some motivation/talent/money/anything really!

In other news, I've become so broke that the cost of Anime North is looming on the horizon and it's freaking me out....The hotel alone is nearly half my rent for the month... I guess I wont be buying much this year/at all ;___;

BUT I'M STILL VERY EXCITED FOR IT! I LOVE TAKING PICTURES OF EVERYONE'S BEAUTIFUL COSPLAYS, AND SEEING ALL THE HARD WORK PUT INTO THEM usually

Is anyone going/excited (is anyone still watching this account anymore, haha...)? I shall hope to see/creep some beautiful displays in artists alley, or everyone floating around on the convention grounds!

Hello my friends. Well, it's been a while...surprise surprise.

Today is the first day of 2013. I'm glad to see 2012 go; aside from a shit year in general, my experiences and events in 2012 really made me reflect on myself as a person and to be completely honest I've been having a really hard time with everything.

I feel as though I owe my friends some kind of an explanation, but the truth is is that I've felt this way for a long time, long before I've met any of them, and it's hard for me to talk about this shit. Lately I've found it harder and harder to keep it under wraps, so I'm sorry if I've been a real bummer lately. I'll try harder to not bring you guys down so much this year.

Anyways, I don't really care much about new years celebrations and things, because I don't see the point in them: a year is ending, a new one is beginning; months end, we don't feel the need to celebrate new ones beginning, but... I don't know. Maybe it's because I'm not a big party-er/socially inept enough to enjoy these things. I don't like going out for new years because seeing my friends drunk sometimes weirds me out, and the whole kissing someone at midnight creeps me out even more if you don't even have a boyfriend or girlfriend.

Whatever, moving on.

My only resolution last year (I think) was to be nice to customers at my work, which I'm glad to say that I actually kept all year. I want to try to keep this, because being a nice person is a good thing regardless...but I'll admit it was a struggle (the people who frequent my work are demons from the most vile pits of hell, there is no other explanation for their behaviour). Also, I NEED to get in shape. I know everyone says this at some point or another, but I've put on a lot of weight this year and looking at pictures from last january I looked much healthier and my BMI was (for the first time in my life) not in the overweight/obese catagory, but rather in the normal catagory. Lastly, I need to treat my friends better. I only have 3 basically, and 99% of the time I'm genuinely surprised they've stuck around for this long. At least one of you will most likely be reading this, if not all 3, so, just remind me I've promised to do this.

PS. Hopefully more art soon...I'm almost done a 2 or 3 pictures, so I'll try to kick my butt in gear to crank them out within the next few weeks. I miss doing art of any kind (especially painting, I yearnnnnn!), so I hope to work on that too! I have a photogrpahy account on here as well, buuuut I won't share that one untill I have more than a few images in its gallery ; )

Not that I'm uploading 24/7 or anything here, but I'm taking a break to catch up on school.

I'll pop in once and a while, but I'll pretty much start uploading  things once April is over.

Also, I need to clear my head; I feel like I'm losing my mind.
